These chino pants are the embodiment of designer Hisashi Morishima's ideal "41 Khaki Type". The fabric is BONCOURA's original chino cloth, woven on old-fashioned power looms from meticulously selected BONCOURA original yarn made from raw cotton.

The BONCOURA original chino cloth, densely woven to the limit with fine yarn on old-fashioned power looms, is a material worthy of being called the ultimate chino cloth, offering an experience unmatched by any other.

This chino cloth, woven from the spinning stage with BONCOURA's unique recipe, possesses a texture and relief that can only be achieved through the combination of BONCOURA's dedication and the capabilities of traditional power looms, along with a distinctive look after aging.

Due to the characteristics of weaving fine yarn at a high density on old-fashioned power looms, the BONCOURA original chino cloth is meticulously woven over a much longer period than typical chino cloth.

The time taken to weave the fabric is about 25 times longer than that of standard chino cloth. Although it takes an exceptionally long time to weave, this method is deliberately chosen to achieve BONCOURA's unique dedication to quality, texture, and the fabric's expression.

In addition to original parts like buttons and logo-embossed zippers, the belt loops are woven into the waist and sewn, and the sides are finished with double stitching using a wrap sewing machine.
