"Tableware" inspired by BONCOURA's selvedge denim
Makiya Kiln's "Kneading" method involves layering clay of different colors to create a pattern.

Generally, patterns are painted on using glaze, but the kneading technique is created by adding color to the clay itself.

The good thing about this technique is that the original texture and flavor of the clay comes through to the surface.
However, cracks and other damage often occur during hardening, and the larger the crack, the lower the yield.
Each piece is handmade by a craftsman, who takes the time and effort to layer the clay while imagining the pattern, which creates the beautiful appearance of the dish.
The mark that is the proof of BONCOURA is engraved.
The finished tableware will enrich your dining table.
