We use BONCOURA's original chambray fabric, which is carefully twisted from raw cotton and woven with an old-fashioned power loom. A special chambray fabric dyed with pure indigo that is reminiscent of a dead stock vintage with a NEP feel and uneven expression. The deep blue hue also raises expectations for color fading over time. By using a vintage sewing machine and sewing with cotton thread, you can enjoy the finest texture such as puckering and fluffing of the fabric due to aging.
