Crafted with meticulous attention to the origin of raw cotton, blending ratios, and spinning methods, the cap is made from BONCOURA's original "Ikemen" denim fabric. In celebration of the 13th anniversary, a new experiment was undertaken by using Ikemen cotton for the warp and linen for the weft. This results in a unique nep texture on the surface, offering a distinct aging experience. The influence of the linen weft also introduces color variations to the fabric's surface, providing aging distinct from regular Ikemen denim. Weaving linen on traditional power looms is a challenging task, achievable only by skilled artisans without causing weaving imperfections.
